Is there a Hyperliquid mobile app?

Two things follow from that table, and they are the reason this page exists.

The Android app is a wrapper, not a different product. It presents the same trading interface as the website, with native push notifications for order fills on top. Nothing about your account, your fees or your positions changes.

The absence of an iPhone app is not a problem to solve. It is a gap to fill with the web app, which on iOS installs to the home screen and opens without browser furniture. Anything claiming to be a Hyperliquid iPhone app is claiming something that does not exist.

On iPhone: install the web app

1. Open app.hyperliquid.xyz in Safari

   Use your own bookmark if you have one. If you do not have one yet, make it now — reaching this venue by search is how people end up on a clone.

2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen

   Safari is the browser that can do this on iOS. Chrome on iPhone cannot add a web app to the home screen in the same way.

3. Open it from the icon

   It behaves like an app: its own icon, its own window, its own session. What it will not do is send you push notifications the way the Android app does.

4. Connect your wallet through WalletConnect

   This is where a phone is slightly more awkward than a desktop. Connecting from a mobile wallet covers both routes, and the in-app browser one avoids the switching entirely.

On Android: use the store, never a file

1. Go to hyperliquid.xyz and follow the link to the store

   This is the verification step. A link from the site cannot land you on a lookalike listing; a store search can.

2. Check the package id before installing

   The id is visible in the store URL. An app with a convincing name and a different id is a different app, whoever made it.

3. Install, then connect a wallet

   Connecting on Android works through your wallet app. The prompts are the same ones as on desktop, including the terms signature and the agent approval.

4. Turn on notifications if you want fill alerts

   This is the one thing the app does that the web version cannot, and it is genuinely useful for resting limit orders.

The wallet in-app browser route

The simplest mobile setup is often the one nobody suggests: open the web interface inside your wallet app’s own browser.

Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet and most others include one. Because the site and the wallet are the same app, there is no pairing step, no QR code and no session to lose when the phone locks.

It works on both platforms, it needs nothing installed that you do not already have, and it removes the fiddliest part of trading from a phone.

Third-party mobile clients

The Hyperliquid documentation names several independent interfaces with mobile apps of their own, among them Based and Dexari, alongside wallets such as MetaMask and Phantom that can reach the exchange from their own browsers.

These are separate products from separate teams. Some are good. The judgement is the same one you make about any interface that holds a signing session: start small, check what you are signing, and do not assume that being listed anywhere is an endorsement of custody practices.

What is actually harder on a phone

Not the mechanics. The interface has the same order types and the same markets.

Reading a chart. A small screen flattens everything. Decide your levels somewhere else and use the phone to execute them.

Typing size. A misplaced digit is the most common expensive mobile mistake. Check the notional, not just the number you typed.

Resisting the check. An app in your pocket invites you to look at a position forty times a day, and looking more often does not improve the outcome. Set a stop and a target when you open the trade, then leave it alone.
